Customer service replied way quicker than I expected!!! I had an issue with my order, and they helped get it sorted without making me go through a million back-and-forth messages... super easy and really appreciated!!

"Refund took way longer than it should have"
I get that returns can take a little time, but this refund dragged on way too long. When I reached out to support, I didn’t really feel like anyone was trying to help or even acknowledge the inconvenience. Basic communication and a little consideration would’ve made a big difference

Not gonna lie, I was happy that my order from US Patriot Tactical showed up exactly as I placed it. I ordered a few different items and the sizes and colors were all correct, so I definitely appreciated not having to deal with any mistakes or returns.
The only thing was that fulfillment took a little longer than I expected. It was a few days before the order actually shipped, and the tracking didn’t update much at first, which was a bit annoying. Everything arrived fine in the end, so overall it was a decent experience, just not the fastest or smoothest.

"Good deal on the gear"
I found better prices here than on a few other sites. The gear felt worth the money. Nothing fancy. Just solid value. Checkout was simple too.

"Sizing was confusing and didn’t work for me"
I ordered my usual size, but the pants ended up being way tighter than I expected. The size chart wasn’t really clear enough to be useful, which is annoying because I thought I was picking the right size. Shipping was fine, but now I have to deal with returning them. Not a terrible experience, just frustrating because the sizing info could’ve been communicated better

"Showed in stock, then got canceled"
I ordered because the site said it was in stock, but then the order got canceled because the inventory was wrong. it just felt like a waste of my time. If something isn’t available, the right thing to do is show that upfront so customers can make a fair choice.

"Solid boots, would recommend"
The boots feel really sturdy and the stitching has held up well so far. Shipping was a bit slower than I expected, but overall I’m happy with them and would casually recommend them if you need a solid pair
